The Representative Council of the Network Member

The Council is the highest deliberation and decision-making body of the Network.

The Council members shall be the legal representatives of the members of the Network.

Secretariat of Network

The Secretariat is permanently located at Yunnan University.

The Secretariat has a secretary-general and several commissioners. The secretary-general shall be the Vice-President in charge of international affairs of Yunnan University, who shall lead and organize the Secretariat to carry out its work.

The Professional Committee of the Network

According to the resolution of the Council of the Network, professional committees in different classifications can be set up within the Network.
