Dear member universities,

In order to further promote exchanges and cooperation between higher education institutions of China and South and Southeast Asian countries, and to enhance people-to-people exchanges, the South & Southeast Asian University Network plan to hold the 3rd South and Southeast Asian University Presidents Forum in Kunming from Nov 8 to 11, 2023. With the theme of "Promoting International Cooperation in Higher Education and Jointly Promoting the Global 'Three Initiatives,'" the forum plan to discuss international cooperation in higher education to promote the Global Security Initiative, Global Development Initiative, and Global Civilization Initiative. We sincerely invite representatives from member universities to attend the forum in Kunming.
