2. Participants Requirements and Evaluation

The program welcomes all students and faculty members from S&SE Asian UN member universities. Each university will nominate not greater than 3 students/faculty members to take part in this program.

- Candidates who meet the following criteria have the priority for admission:

* young scholars, Ph.D students, graduate students;

* major in Chinese language, Chinese culture, China study or relevant courses;

* engage in the program, research, or doing the dissertation related to China;

* obtain HSK test certificate or have the experience of taking HSK tests;

- Decisions will be made on comprehensive review including academic level, academic performance, language proficiency, etc. The admission result will be announced via email by July 15, 2025.

3. Submission of Materials

- Please submit the online registration form of all participants by June 16, 2025.

- Flight details and visa are expected to be submitted by September 1, 2025.

4. Accommodation and Transportation

Participants will be booked at Yunnan University Hotel. The host will arrange for the rooms.

5. Transportation

Participants are expected to cover their own international round-trip travelling expenses, while the host will provide local transportation during the event. Airport shuttle buses will be provided.
